If you have been waiting to apply for a postgraduate program at one of India's most respected central universities, this is your window. The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has officially extended its PG admission 2026 registration deadline to June 12, 2026, giving eligible candidates a fresh opportunity to secure a seat through CUET PG 2026 scores.
UoH, ranked consistently among India's top central universities, offers a research-driven academic environment across science, humanities, technology, and applied disciplines. With over 42 postgraduate courses available, the university attracts thousands of applicants every year — and this extension means more students now have a genuine shot at admission.

How Admissions Work
UoH admits students entirely on the basis of valid CUET PG 2026 scores, the national-level entrance test conducted by NTA. No separate university-level exam is required. Candidates who have already appeared for CUET PG 2026 can apply directly through the official admissions portal at acad.uohyd.ac.in by choosing their preferred course and uploading the required documents.
CUET PG 2026 saw strong national participation this year — of the 4,11,366 registered candidates, 3,45,220 appeared for the exam, recording an 83.9% attendance rate. This reflects just how competitive central university admissions have become in 2026.
Application Fee by Category

The fee is modest, and the process is fully online — making it accessible to students from across the country.
