Candidates who are eligible can register on the official website at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in. The registration and choice-filling process will end on July 8, 2026. Round 2 is available for candidates who did not get a seat in Round 1 and for new applicants who missed the first registration period. The results of Round 1 were published on June 24, 2026. Any vacant seats from Round 1 will be filled in this round.

UBTER JEEP counseling includes four program groups in polytechnics across Uttarakhand. The seat matrices for all groups in Round 2 are available on the portal.
- Group E: Diploma in Engineering
- Group P: Diploma in Pharmacy
- Group A: Diploma in Engineering through Lateral Entry
- Group T: Textile Design, Garment Technology, and Fashion Design
Counselling Fee for Round 2
UBTER does not charge any counselling fee for online rounds. Candidates will only have to pay the institute admission fee after they report to the college they are allotted. The payment details will be provided at the time of reporting.
