If you have already submitted your TS LAWCET or PGLCET 2026 application and realised there is an error, now is the time to act. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has opened the correction window from May 3 to May 8, 2026, giving candidates a final opportunity to rectify any mistakes in their submitted application forms. Once this window closes, no further changes will be accepted under any circumstances.

Candidates can log in to their registered accounts on the official portal at lawcet.tsche.ac.in to access and update their application details.

What Can Be Corrected?

The correction window allows candidates to modify a range of application details. Personal information such as name, date of birth, address, and contact details can be updated if incorrectly entered. Educational qualification details — including board name, year of passing, and marks obtained — can also be revised. Additionally, category information and reservation claims can be corrected provided candidates have the necessary supporting documents ready. It is strongly advised to cross-check all updated details against original documents before the window closes on May 8.

About TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2026

TS LAWCET 2026 is conducted for admission to the 3-Year Degree Course (3-YDC) and 5-Year Degree Course (5-YDC) law programmes across colleges in Telangana. TS PGLCET 2026 is held separately for candidates seeking admission to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme. Both exams are scheduled for May 18, 2026.

The TS LAWCET 3-YDC exam will be held in two slots — 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. The TS LAWCET 5-YDC and TS PGLCET examinations are scheduled from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM on the same day.

Hall Tickets & Answer Key

Hall tickets for all programmes will be available for download from May 12, 2026, on lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the hall ticket along with a valid government-issued photo ID to the examination centre. The preliminary answer key is expected to be released on May 23, 2026, with the objection submission window open till May 25, 2026. The final answer key and results are tentatively scheduled for June 5, 2026.

Application Fee Details

For TS LAWCET 3-YDC and 5-YDC, the application fee is Rs. 900, while SC/ST and PH candidates pay Rs. 600. For TS PGLCET LL.M., the fee is Rs. 1,100, with Rs. 900 applicable for SC/ST and PH candidates. Late fee slabs are still applicable for candidates who have not yet registered, with fees increasing progressively up to Rs. 10,000 for applications submitted till May 13, 2026.
