TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling Registration Begins, Apply by August 22

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 counselling registration. The registration portal opened on August 19, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in. The second phase of counselling is being conducted for admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. It is intended for candidates who could not secure admission in Phase 1 as well as those seeking better allotment opportunities.

Processing Fee for Phase 2 Counselling

The counselling processing fee must be paid online during registration. It is non-refundable under any condition. The fee amount depends on the candidate category, as shown below.

How to Apply for TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling?

Candidates can complete the registration process online by following these steps:

1. Visit lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
2. Click on the TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Registration link.
3. Enter the TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket number and rank details.
4. Pay the processing fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
5. Enter the required personal, academic and category details.
6. Submit the application form.
7. Download and save a copy of the application for future reference.

TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Processing Fee

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed processing fee during registration:

• General candidates: Rs 800
• SC/ST candidates: Rs 500

Who Needs Certificate Verification in Phase 2?

Candidates whose original certificates were already verified during Phase 1 do not need to repeat the verification process. However, new candidates registering for Phase 2 for the first time must upload the required documents for verification. SC/ST candidates are exempt from certificate verification in the second round, as per the counselling process.

TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Web Options and Seat Allotment

The web option entry window will be open from August 23 to August 25, 2026. Candidates must select their preferred colleges and courses and lock their choices before the deadline. The Phase 2 seat allotment is expected on August 29, 2026. Allotment will be based on factors including the candidate's rank, category and locked preferences. Candidates who receive an allotment must pay the required fee and report to the allotted college to complete the admission process.
