TS ICET 2025 Special Phase Allotment Results Declared

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially announced the TS ICET 2025 Special Phase Seat Allotment Results, marking a critical juncture for thousands of MBA and MCA aspirants across Telangana. The results were published on October 10, 2025, on the official counseling portal, providing a final opportunity for candidates to secure admission into various management and computer application programs for the academic year.

All candidates who participated in the special phase web option entry are urged to check their allotment status immediately. The Special Phase is typically the final centralized round of counseling, aimed at filling the residual vacant seats after the initial and final phases. For those who have been successfully allotted a seat, the window for admission formalities is exceptionally tight.

The last date to report at the allotted college is strictly set as October 13, 2025. Aspirants must download their provisional allotment order from the official website and report to the designated institution before this deadline. It is mandatory to complete all admission requirements, including the verification of original documents and the payment of the requisite tuition fee, to confirm the seat. Failure to report by the prescribed deadline will automatically result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, which will then be transferred to the subsequent spot counselling round.

How to Check Your TS ICET 2025 Seat Allotment

Aspirants can access their allotment order by following these straightforward steps on the TG ICET official website:

1. Visit the official TS ICET counselling website at tgicet.nic.in.
2. Locate and click on the 'Candidates Login' link available on the main menu.
3. A login dashboard will appear, prompting you to enter your credentials.
4. Input your Hall Ticket Number, ROC Form Number, Password, and Date of Birth.
5. Click the 'Login' button to view your personalized allotment status and download the provisional allotment order.

The allotment order is an essential document that contains details such as the course, the college assigned, and the fees structure. Candidates must print this document and present it along with their original certificates during the reporting process at the college.

Final Opportunity: Spot Counselling Notification

For aspirants who did not participate in the special phase or were unable to secure a seat, the admission cycle offers one last chance through the Spot Counselling process. Any seats that remain vacant across the participating institutes after the October 13 reporting deadline will be filled via this decentralized mechanism.

The notification for the TS ICET 2025 spot counselling will be released on October 13, 2025. Interested candidates must monitor the official website and the respective college websites closely for individual institute-level spot admission notifications, eligibility criteria, and schedules. This round is critical as it represents the closing stage of admissions for various Management and Computer Application courses in Telangana state universities and affiliated private colleges.

Aspirants are advised to meticulously follow all instructions and adhere to the strict timelines to successfully conclude their admission process and begin their academic journey.
