It is the last chance for eligible candidates to get a seat through the state counselling process. Candidates should know that the options chosen in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are no longer valid. Who can register for the final phase?

All candidates who passed the TG EAPCET 2026 entrance test are eligible. This includes candidates who did not take part in earlier phases, those who were not given a seat, and those who were given a seat earlier but did not join. Candidates who were given a seat earlier but did not join can also register again. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria related to domicile, academic performance, and category-specific norms as outlined in the detailed notification by the convenor.

How to register and book a slot for the final phase?

Registration, payment of the processing fee, and slot booking must all be done in one online session. Candidates should have their hall ticket, rank card, and payment details ready before starting.

• Visit the official portal at tgeapcet.nic.in.
• Click on the final phase registration link on the homepage.
• Enter the TG EAPCET 2026 hall ticket number and rank details.
• Fill in personal, academic, and category information as required.
• Pay the online processing fee using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• Select a preferred date and time for certificate verification.
• Download and save the confirmation receipt for future reference.

Documents required for certificate verification

Candidates must bring the originals along with a set of photocopies for verification. Missing any mandatory document can result in rejection at the verification stage.

Required documents include:

• TG EAPCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
• Class 10 marksheet or birth certificate for proof of date of birth
• Class 12 or Intermediate memorandum of marks
• Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended
• Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 12
• Aadhaar card
• Income, caste, and residence certificates, where applicable
• EWS certificate or special category certificates, if applicable

Fresh options are mandatory

The convenor has stated that all preferences submitted in Phase 1 and Phase 2 will not be considered for this round. Candidates must log in after certificate verification and select new choices of college and branch combinations. The deadline to freeze options is August 2, 2026. Any option not frozen by this date may not be processed for allotment.

After the seat allotment

The provisional allotment result will be announced on August 5, 2026 on the official portal.

Allotted candidates must pay the tuition fee online and report to the assigned institution between August 5 and August 7, 2026. Candidates who wish to change their branch within the same institution can participate in the internal sliding window from August 12 to August 17, 2026. Vacant seats will then be filled through spot admissions organized at the institutional level starting from August 16, 2026.
