Anna University considers Dr. Kalam and Varghese Kurian as its prominent Alumni. The Anna University has planned to introduce an absolute grading system from the academic year 2026-2027. The University has also inducted far more stricter faculty verification measures to prevent any kind of fake faculty records of colleges affiliated to greater Universities. It’s easy to check the records of Tamil Nadu by the Anna University but it’s quite difficult to keep a check on records provided to the University of other states.
