The Supreme Court upheld the ruling of the Madhya Pradesh High Court's division bench, which had set aside an earlier order for a re-test. The court noted that a re-examination for a small group of candidates was not feasible and that the initial exam's integrity was not compromised.
• Answer Key Errors: In a separate petition, the Supreme Court also refused to entertain a plea alleging "serious errors" in three questions of the NEET UG 2025 paper. The court advised the petitioner to approach the concerned High Court, reinforcing its stance against intervening in such matters based on individual complaints and without a strong systemic issue.
