The Supreme Court upheld the ruling of the Madhya Pradesh High Court's division bench, which had set aside an earlier order for a re-test. The court noted that a re-examination for a small group of candidates was not feasible and that the initial exam's integrity was not compromised.
• Answer Key Errors: In a separate petition, the Supreme Court also refused to entertain a plea alleging "serious errors" in three questions of the NEET UG 2025 paper.
