The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has successfully released the INI CET January 2026 session Admit Cards for all registered candidates. This is a crucial step for aspirants aiming for postgraduate medical admissions (MD, MS, M.Ch (6 years), DM (6 years), and MDS) into Institutes of National Importance (INIs) like AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS. The exam is now just days away, scheduled for November 9, 2025.

Candidates who have completed their registration and application process can now download their mandatory hall tickets from the official AIIMS examination website. For regular updates follow Only Education News.

How to Download Your INI CET Hall Ticket

The Admit Card, which confirms the candidate's eligibility and provides essential examination details, has been made available online only. No individual admit card will be sent via post or email.

Aspirants must follow these steps to download and secure their hall ticket:

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to the official AIIMS examination website, aiimsexams.ac.in.
  2. Access the INI-CET Section: Click on the 'Academic Courses' tab and select the link for INI-CET (MD/MS/M.Ch/DM/MDS) January 2026.
  3. Login to 'MyPage': Click on the Applicant Login/Candidate Login link.
  4. Enter Credentials: Log in using your registered Candidate ID/Registration ID, Password, and the Captcha Code. The admit card link will be available under your personalized dashboard.
  5. Download and Print: View and download the INI-CET Admit Card PDF. It is essential to take a clear printout (preferably in color) as it is a mandatory document for entry into the examination hall.

Essential Checks and Exam Day Guidelines

After downloading the hall ticket, aspirants must immediately and meticulously verify all the printed details. Any discrepancy must be reported to the AIIMS examination authorities through the helpdesk immediately to allow for timely correction.

Verification Checklist:

  • Personal Details: Check your Name, Date of Birth, Category (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), Photograph, and Signature.
  • Exam Details: Confirm the Exam Date (November 9, 2025), Exam Time, and the Reporting and Gate Closing Time.
  • Centre Details: Note the complete Exam Centre Name, Address, and Code to plan your commute well in advance.

Mandatory Items for Exam Day:

  • Printed Copy of the Admit Card (Clear and legible).
  • Valid Photo Identity Proof (Original) such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport, which matches the details on the admit card.
  • Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the Reporting Time to complete biometric registration and frisking procedures smoothly. Entry will be denied once the gate closing time is reached.

The INI CET is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 3 hours (180 minutes). The marking scheme includes +1 mark for every correct answer and a penalty of -1/3 mark for every incorrect response. Aspirants should utilize these final days for high-yield topic revision and mock tests.
