The Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has successfully concluded the third round of the Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2025, leading to the allotment of a significant number of medical and dental seats. A total of 7,878 eligible candidates have secured admissions to MBBS and BDS courses in various Government and Private medical and dental colleges across the state. This move brings the state closer to finalizing its admissions for the current academic session.

Key Reporting and Fee Submission Details

All candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat in this third round must strictly adhere to the official schedule for reporting and admission formalities.

  • Reporting and Fee Window: Allotted candidates are required to report to their respective colleges and pay the prescribed one-year tuition fee between November 6 and November 11, 2025.
  • Centralized Verification: The essential document verification and submission of bonds will be conducted centrally at the SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

Crucial Document Submission Requirements

Aspirants must prepare all necessary documents meticulously to avoid any last-minute complications during the reporting phase. The official notification specifically highlights the requirement for two key sets of documents:

  1. Allotment Letter: Candidates must present a total of seven copies of the official allotment letter. This letter is crucial proof of the seat assigned.
  2. Photocopies and Bonds: Candidates must carry two complete sets of photocopies of all required documents (self-attested) along with the duly filled and signed required bonds at SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

Note for Aspirants: While the document submission is centralized at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, candidates must then report to their allotted college for final admission and to commence their academic journey. It is highly advised to check the official notification on the state counselling website, for a comprehensive list of all original documents and the proforma for the bonds (which vary based on the college type and quota). This typically includes the NEET UG admit card, NEET scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and passport-size photographs.

Instructions for Upgraded Candidates

Candidates who were admitted in Round 1 or Round 2, opted for an upgrade, and have now been allotted a new seat in Round 3, must carry their verified proof of the previous fee payment or the transaction receipt issued by their former college. The counselling board has assured that the original documents and the fee payment from the earlier college will be transferred to the newly allotted institution within 24 hours of reporting. However, any increase in the tuition fee at the new college must be paid by the candidate immediately.

Aspirants are strongly encouraged to visit the official counselling website, for all final details and notices. For regular updates, follow Only Education News.
