Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Choice Filling Begins; Check Key Dates and Steps
The Medical Education Department (MED), Rajasthan, has started Round 1 choice filling for NEET UG 2026 state counselling. Application Fee and Security Deposit
The registration fee for Round 1 counselling is category-based. General, EWS, and non-domicile candidates pay Rs 2,500. Rajasthan domicile candidates from SC, ST, and STA categories pay Rs 1,500. The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. Candidates applying only for BDS seats are exempt from this fee. A refundable security deposit is also required during choice filling. The amount depends on the seat category a candidate selects.

How to Fill and Lock Choices
Candidates must complete Round 1 registration before accessing the choice-filling module. Only eligible candidates will be able to view and submit their choices.
- Visit the official Rajasthan NEET UG counselling portal.
- Log in using your registered ID and password.
- Pay the applicable security deposit for your preferred seat category.
- Open the Choice Filling module.
- Check the available MBBS and BDS colleges.
- Add your preferred courses and colleges.

Documents Required at Reporting
Selected candidates must report between August 23 and August 27, 2026, at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Candidates should carry the following original documents along with photocopies:
- Four copies of the Round 1 provisional seat allotment letter.
- Original NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard.
- Original Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
- Original Rajasthan domicile certificate, if applicable.
- Original Category and EWS certificates, where applicable.
- Two sets of photocopies of the counselling application form.
- Valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar or PAN card.
