A significant milestone has been reached for medical and dental aspirants in Rajasthan. The NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board-2025, operating out of SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has officially released the first-round seat allotment result for NEET UG 2025 counselling. The result is now available on the official website, rajugneet2025.in. This follows the provisional merit list, released on August 12, and is a decisive step towards filling 5,668 MBBS and 1,442 BDS seats across the state's medical institutions.

The seat allotment is based on the candidate's NEET All India Rank, state merit rank, choices filled during the web option entry process, and the applicable reservation criteria. Candidates who have been provisionally allotted a seat can now download their allotment letter from the official portal by logging in with their application number and password. It is imperative that candidates do this promptly and prepare for the next steps in the admission process.

Crucial Dates and Reporting Process

The release of the seat allotment result triggers a critical phase for candidates—the physical reporting and document verification. The official schedule for these activities has been announced, and aspirants must adhere to it strictly. The printing of the allotment letter is active from August 20 to August 26, 2025.

The physical reporting to the allotted medical and dental colleges, along with the submission of all required documents and the prescribed one-year tuition fee, is scheduled to take place from August 21 to August 26, 2025. Failure to report by the stipulated deadline will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will not be able to claim it later. This is a non-negotiable step to finalize admission.

Aspirants must report to the college desks at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, with their allotment letter and all original documents. They should also carry two sets of photocopies of every document for submission.

Documents Required for Verification

To ensure a seamless admission process, candidates must have the following documents ready:

  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
  • Allotment Letter
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
  • Domicile certificate of Rajasthan
  • Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card or other valid ID proof
  • Passport-size photographs
  • All other documents as specified in the official information bulletin.

After the first round, the Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling schedule will be released to fill the remaining vacant seats. Students who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 can participate in the next rounds. For timely updates on the admission process and medical education, aspirants should follow Only Education News.
