Candidates can complete their choice filling through the official counselling portal at bfuhsonline.ac.in. The revised deadline is August 23, 2026, until 5:00 PM. The choice-filling deadline was earlier scheduled for August 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

• Meet the applicable Punjab residency or domicile requirements.
• Be eligible for admission to the participating government, private or minority medical and dental colleges.
• The combined provisional merit list for MBBS and BDS was published on August 13, 2026.

1. Visit the official candidate portal at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.
2. Log in using the required credentials.
3. Open the Choice Filling section.
4. View the available colleges and courses.
5. Select the preferred MBBS and/or BDS options.
6. Arrange the choices according to preference.
7. Save the selected choices.
8. Review the order carefully and make changes, if required.
9. Click on the Lock option before the deadline.
10. Download and save the choice-filling confirmation page for future reference.
