Panjab University has started the process for submitting online admission forms for the BA/BCom LL.B. (Hons) 5-year integrated course 2026. Students who are eligible for the PU UGLAW entrance test can now log in and fill out their admission forms at uglaw.puchd.ac.in. It is important for students to complete all sections of the admission form correctly. Before starting, they should carefully read all the instructions and the prospectus. Once any section of the form is locked, it cannot be changed anymore.

Procedure for Filling PU UG Law Admission 2026 Form
- To fill out the PU UG Law Admission 2026 form, candidates need to log in using the username and password they created for the PU UGLAW entrance exam.
- Once logged in, they must enter their personal details like full name, date of birth, gender, and category.
- They should also verify that their contact information, including mobile number and email address, is accurate.
Next, they will need to scan and upload necessary documents such as the Class 12 mark sheet, entrance test admit card, and category certificates if applicable. Candidates who are applying under the sports category should upload their sport-related certificates from the Directorate of Sports. After completing the online form, candidates must print it out. The printed form should be sent along with all the supporting documents by 17th June 2026. The form can be submitted either by hand or through speed post to the director, University Institute of Legal Studies.
Important Instructions for Applicants
Once the online admission form is completed, candidates will not be allowed to change the category or any other details that have already been submitted. Therefore, applicants should review everything carefully before finalising the submission. Applicants who are in the NRI category should refer to the specific instructions provided separately in print along with the admission form.
What Lies Ahead for Aspirants
The tentative merit list is expected to be published on July 1, 2026, by the end of the day. Objections to the merit list can be raised via email at uglaw@pu.ac.in on July 2 and 3, 2026. The provisional merit list will be announced on July 7, 2026, and the counselling process will begin from July 13, 2026, onwards. Seats will be allocated to aspirants at University Institute of Legal Studies, Chandigarh, University Institute of Legal Studies, Hoshiarpur, and University Institute of Law, Ludhiana. While filling the admission form, candidates can mention their preferred campus for study. However, the actual seat allocation will depend on the merit ranking as well as the availability of seats. Submission of the online application form by June 14, 2026, is mandatory for candidates to be considered for admission. The mandatory submission of the physical form by June 17, 2026, will confirm their eligibility. Candidates are advised to visit uglaw.puchd.ac.in regularly for updates.
