The Director General of Medical Education (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has announced the UP NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result for MBBS and BDS admissions under the 85% state quota. This is a crucial update for all medical stream aspirants who participated in the second round of counselling.

Key Action Points for Aspirants:

  • Result Status: The round 2 seat allotment result has been published on the official website.
  • Allotment Letter Download: Candidates who have been allotted a seat can download their allotment letter from the official website upneet.gov.in starting from September 25, 2025.
  • Reporting Period: The physical reporting and admission process at the allotted medical or dental college will take place on September 25 to 27, September 29 to 30, and October 3, 2025. Aspirants must strictly adhere to these dates.

Important Reporting Documents

When reporting to the allotted college, you must carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification. Failure to present the required documents may lead to the cancellation of your seat. The essential documents include:

  1. NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard/Rank Card.
  2. UP NEET UG Round 2 Allotment Letter (Downloaded from the official portal).
  3. Class 10 Marksheet and Certificate.
  4. Class 12 Marksheet and Certificate.
  5. Valid Government-issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/PAN Card/Driving License).
  6. Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh (in the prescribed format).
  7. Caste/Reservation Certificate (if applicable, in the prescribed format by the UP government).
  8. Online Registration Slip and Security Money Deposit Receipt.
  9. Passport-size Photographs.
