- University Fee: ₹8,600 (to be paid online to download the allotment letter).
- Tuition Fee (Annual): ₹24,500 per year for BHMS, BAMS, and BUMS courses.
After the allotment results, candidates who secure a seat must download their allotment letter and report to the allotted college within the specified reporting schedule. This involves presenting all original certificates and paying the required tuition fee to complete the admission process.
The notification explicitly states that if an allotted seat is not reported to, the candidate will forfeit that admission but may be allowed to participate in Phase-II counselling with fresh options. Conversely, candidates who join Phase I and secure an upgrade in Phase II will have their original certificates forwarded to the new college, ensuring a smooth transition.

Candidates seeking admission to the BUMS course must satisfy a specific language requirement. In addition to the mandatory Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Bio-Technology in 10+2, the candidate must have passed Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as a subject in the 10th or 12th standard. Candidates who do not meet this prerequisite will be required to study the Urdu language along with Arabic and Mantiq Wa-Falsafa (Logic and Philosophy) during the First Professional B.U.M.S. session.
