Today, November 19, 2025, marks the final day of seat processing by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), with the official NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result scheduled for announcement tomorrow, November 20, 2025.

After a rigorous choice-filling and locking period that concluded on November 18, candidates who registered for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ), Central Universities, and Deemed Universities seats are now on the edge of their seats, awaiting the outcome that will determine their specialization and college for MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses. The declaration of the result tomorrow will officially commence the admissions phase for the 2025-26 academic year.

How to Access the Allotment Result

The MCC will upload the result online on its official counselling website, mcc.nic.in. Aspirants are strongly advised to be ready to check their status as soon as the result is published in PDF format. The crucial steps to download the result are:

  • Visit the official website: mcc.nic.in.
  • Navigate to the 'PG Medical' section.
  • Click on the link titled 'Round-1 NEET PG 2025 Counselling Result' (or similar designation) under the 'Current Events' section.
  • A result PDF will open, containing the details of all allotted candidates.
  • Search for your Roll Number and NEET PG 2025 Rank to confirm the allotted institute, course, and category.

Candidates who find their details in the PDF must also log in to their individual counselling accounts to download the official Allotment Letter, which is a mandatory document for reporting.

The seat allotment is determined strictly based on the choices submitted by the aspirant, their NEET PG Rank, the reservation factors applicable, and the availability of seats in the preferred institutes and courses.

Crucial Reporting Window: November 21 to 27

The declaration of the result is immediately followed by the most critical step: physical reporting. Aspirants who are satisfied with their allotment and wish to secure the seat must report to the allocated medical college between November 21 and November 27, 2025.

This seven-day window is non-extendable, and failure to complete the admission formalities, including payment of fees, by the deadline will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat and forfeiture of the security deposit. Candidates also need to decide whether they wish to "freeze" the seat or "float" it for an upgrade in Round 2, a choice that must be formally registered at the time of reporting.

Mandatory Document Checklist for Aspirants

Aspirants must use this final day of anticipation, November 19, to assemble and verify all required documents. The reporting process is rigorous and requires originals of the following:

  • NEET PG 2025 Admit Card.
  • NEET PG Rank Letter/Scorecard.
  • MCC Provisional Allotment Letter (to be downloaded tomorrow).
  • MBBS Mark Sheets and Degree/Provisional Certificate.
  • Compulsory Rotating Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by NMC/SMC.
  • Class 10 Certificate (for Date of Birth proof).
  • Valid Photo ID Proof.
  • Caste, PwD, or EWS Certificates (if applicable).

This round is the gateway to postgraduate medical education for the current session. Aspirants are urged to act swiftly and methodically once the results are out. For regular updates on admission formalities and the complete schedule of Round 2, follow Only Education News.
