This portal is open for most Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes offered by the university's different departments. Candidates can apply online at admissions.puchd.ac.in until July 1, 2026. The portal also accepts the application fee up to the same deadline. With a single login, candidates can register for multiple programmes at the same time. The total fee is determined based on the number of courses they choose. Once the application form is submitted, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. Panjab University, established in 1882, is one of India's oldest central universities. It offers a wide variety of regular UG, PG, and doctoral programmes on its campus in Chandigarh.

The application fee varies depending on the number of courses selected during one login. Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories receive a 50% discount on the listed fee. The fee must be paid through online methods only.

The current portal is for most regular UG and PG programmes at PU. However, some streams follow different admission processes and are not included in this form.

The entire application process is online. Before starting, aspirants should have academic marksheets, category proof, a photograph, and a signature ready.

- Register as a new user with a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Log in using the credentials sent to your registered email.
- Fill in your personal details, academic qualifications from Class 10 onwards, and category information.
- Upload a scanned photograph, signature, and supporting documents.
