Odisha NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026 Begins; Check Dates, Fee and Eligibility

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has started Round 3 counselling for NEET UG 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under Odisha State Quota seats. The Round 3 registration window is open from September 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM to September 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Candidates can register through the official OJEE MBBS/BDS counselling portal. Fresh candidates participating in the counselling process have to pay a ₹1,000 non-refundable registration fee through the online payment gateway. Candidates who have already registered in previous rounds should follow the Round 3 instructions applicable to their existing counselling status. The provisional revised State Merit List will be released on September 30 at 2 PM. The final Round 3 State Merit List will be published on October 1 at 5:30 PM. Candidates included in the State Merit List can fill and lock their MBBS/BDS and college choices from October 1 at 7:30 PM to October 4 at 11:59 PM.

Who Is Eligible for Odisha NEET UG Round 3?

The Odisha NEET UG counselling guidelines state that NEET UG 2026-qualified state candidates are eligible to register for State Quota counselling, subject to the applicable conditions. For State Quota seats, candidates must be permanent natives of Odisha or children of All India Civil Service officers serving in the Odisha cadre. Odisha NEET UG Round 3 State Merit List
