The much-anticipated physical reporting and provisional admission process for the Odisha NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling officially begins today. Following the release of the final seat allotment result on September 20, all candidates who have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats must now report to the designated center to complete their admission formalities. This is a critical and mandatory step, with a strict deadline that all aspirants must adhere to.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Board has instructed candidates to report to the OJEE Cell at Gandamunda with all their original documents for verification. The reporting process will run for a limited period, and failure to complete it within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat.

Crucial Dates and Instructions

Aspirants must keep the following dates and instructions in mind to ensure a smooth admission process:

  • Reporting Period: The physical reporting begins on September 21, 2025, and the last date for admission is September 25, 2025. It is highly advisable to report as early as possible to avoid last-minute complications.
  • Documents Required: Candidates must carry all original documents, along with a set of self-attested photocopies. A checklist of essential documents includes:
    • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
    • Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates
    • Domicile Certificate of Odisha
    • Category Certificate (SC/ST/EWS, if applicable)
    • Provisional Allotment Letter downloaded from the OJEE website
    • A valid photo ID proof
    • Passport-size photographs

Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 and are now upgrading to a different seat in Round 2 must carry their resignation/relieving letter from the previous college.

The admission process is the final step in securing a medical seat in the state. Aspirants are advised to stay calm and ensure they have all their documents in order. For regular updates on this and other important news for aspirants, follow Only Education News.
