NMAT 2026 Registration and Slot Booking Close on 25 October: Direct Link and Steps

The scheduling window ends on 22 October 2026, so you have about eight days left from today (14 October). Candidates can book their preferred slot from 20 August to 22 October. Only candidates who registered by 10 October can book. 

Registration closed on 10 October, and that date has already passed. Reports confirm it, and there is no separate late-registration window. 

• If you registered: You can still book your exam slot until 22 October.
• If you didn’t register: One report expects an additional registration phase in late December or January, but that was only an expectation. Check the official NMAT by GMAC site for any announcement.

After submitting, download and save a copy of your application, and keep it safe until your admission process is complete. A copy lets you check your details and fee payment later.

Check every field before you click Submit, especially your name, date of birth and other personal details. Personal details cannot be changed after submission. 

Before submitting, use Preview to check all your entries, answer the background questions and read the declaration. Then pay the registration fee online.

After paying the fee, open your dashboard and click “Book Exam Slot”. Choose your country, city and preferred centre, then pick an available date.

Upload a recent, clearly scanned passport-size photograph. Make it front-facing and clear, and check the size and format requirements on the form before uploading, or it may be rejected.

Background and survey questions come later in the form. They are optional, so you can skip them, but answering may help schools understand your profile.

Enter these carefully:

• Title, full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and native language
• Parent information
• Current and permanent address, plus contact details

Check every detail before you submit. Personal details cannot be changed after submission. 

Save or screenshot your filled-in application before you submit. It gives you a record to check against if anything looks wrong later.

Your registration fee covers score reports to five B-schools. Each report beyond the first five costs Rs 400 plus applicable taxes. One report puts the total at about ₹472 with 18% GST. Pay it for your sixth school, or that school may not get your score. 

Download your admit card from your candidate dashboard. It is released about seven days before your own exam date, so there is no single fixed release date for everyone. The exam window runs from early November to 20 December, so admit cards start appearing from late October and continue until mid-December.

The admit card is issued as a PDF. Make sure your device can open PDFs, and carry a printed copy to the test centre.

Register, then book your slot. Both close on October 25.

The NMAT 2026 registration fee is ₹3,000 plus applicable taxes. Candidates pay online after reviewing their application details and confirming the declaration.
