Kerala NEET UG 2026 Provisional Stray Allotment Out; Await Final List

Published 22 Oct 20263 min read8 Views

CEE Kerala has published the provisional stray-vacancy allotment for MBBS and BDS admission in 2026–27. Candidates can check the result through the Allotment List menu on the KEAM 2026 candidate portal. The complaint deadline was 1 PM on 22 October 2026 and has now passed.
The provisional list does not confirm admission. CEE’s notice, dated 21 October, says the result may change and candidates should approach their allotted college only after the final allotment is declared. At the time of this update, the checked official notification page still listed the provisional result.
What has been released?
The result covers state-quota seats in government medical and dental colleges and the seats covered by CEE’s allotment in private self-financing medical and dental colleges in Kerala.
Candidates should check the exact course and college shown against their application details. A provisional MBBS entry and a provisional BDS entry lead to different courses, so read the complete entry rather than relying on a forwarded screenshot or a college-name search alone.
The official notice allowed genuine complaints by email until the stated cutoff. That was a review window for the provisional result, not a fresh option-registration window.
How to check your result
- Open the official KEAM 2026 portal.
- Select Allotment List and locate the MBBS/BDS stray-vacancy result.
- Check your identifying details against your own application record.
- Read the course, college, and category information displayed.
- Keep a copy of the relevant result and the accompanying notice for reference.
Use the current CEE page each time you check. An older downloaded list can remain on your phone after a revised document is issued. Note whether the document itself says “provisional” or “final”; a message shared in a group is not a substitute for that label.
Final allotment and joining: what the schedule says
The earlier CEE notice dated 17 October gives the following tentative timetable:
| Stage | Date or deadline |
|---|---|
| Provisional allotment | 21 October 2026 |
| Scheduled final allotment | 22 October 2026 |
| Scheduled college joining | 23–26 October 2026, up to 4 PM |
A scheduled publication date does not establish that the final result has been released. Candidates must check the official notifications for the final announcement and any revised instructions before travelling or making admission arrangements.
Prepare now, act on the final instructions
While waiting, keep your application records, identity documents, and the certificates relevant to your claimed category together. Check that names and identifying details are consistent across the records you intend to carry.
Review the applicable prospectus and college instructions for the exact admission-document list. Do not treat a general checklist shared online as a complete list for your category or college.
Once final allotment is published, read the allotment memo carefully, including any fee or balance-fee amount and the joining deadline. Plan travel with enough time to deal with document or payment problems, while following any fresh directions CEE issues.
Candidates who sent a complaint before the cutoff should retain the email and attachments they submitted and compare the final result with their own records. For an unresolved query, use the contact details on the current official notice. Continue checking the official portal until the final allotment and joining instructions are clear.
