NIMCET 2026 Seat Matrix Released at nimcet.admissions.nic.in; Check Institute-Wise MCA Seats
The National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy) has posted the NIMCET 2026 seat matrix on the official website at nimcet.admissions.nic.in. Candidates who have passed the exam can now look at how many seats are available at each institute and for each category before they finalize their preferences during counseling. The seat matrix includes 11 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and 2 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs). These institutions offer a two-year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. Admission to these programs is based solely on the rank a candidate gets in the NIMCET 2026 exam. The NIMCET 2026 results were released on June 29, 2026. Registration and choice filling for counseling are already open on the official website. There is no state-wise quota; all seats are part of the All India Quota.
