The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued an urgent final reminder to all candidates allotted seats in the NEET UG 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round, emphasizing that the window for physical reporting to the allocated medical and dental colleges closes tomorrow, November 20, 2025. With today, November 19, 2025, marking the penultimate day, aspirants must finalize their documentation and logistical arrangements to ensure their admission for the academic session 2025-26.

The final seat allotment result for this concluding round was declared on November 15, wrapping up the centralized counselling process for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats and those in Central/Deemed Universities. This Stray Vacancy Round served as the crucial last opportunity to fill remaining seats, successfully placing students in MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses.

Result Recap and Seat Allotment

According to the official result released by the MCC, a total of 1,192 candidates were successfully allotted seats in this final stage of the counselling. The breakdown of the allotments highlights the significant number of medical and dental seats secured by aspirants:

  • MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery): 802 candidates
  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery): 270 candidates
  • BSc Nursing: Remaining seats

This round successfully mopped up vacancies that remained after the previous three rounds, ensuring minimal seat wastage in the highly competitive medical education sector. Candidates must access the ‘Final Allotment Result for Stray Vacancy Round UG 2025’ PDF on the official MCC portal, mcc.nic.in, to confirm their allotted institution and course details.

Urgent Reporting Deadline: November 20

Aspirants must treat the deadline of November 20, 2025, with the utmost seriousness. This is a non-negotiable deadline, and no extensions will be granted by the MCC or the respective colleges.

Candidates must physically present themselves at their allotted college/institute to complete the admission process, which includes:

  1. Document Verification: Submission and verification of all original documents.
  2. Fee Submission: Payment of the mandatory institutional and tuition fees.
  3. Admission Confirmation: Completion of all formal joining procedures.

Critical Warning: Any candidate who fails to report and join the allotted seat by the end of the day tomorrow will face mandatory forfeiture of their seat and the security deposit paid during registration. Furthermore, the vacated seat cannot be filled, and the candidate will be barred from participating in any further counselling procedures. Aspirants are advised to contact their allotted institution immediately if they encounter any last-minute hurdles to seek clarification, though the deadline itself remains firm.

Mandatory Documents for Reporting

To ensure a smooth admission process in these final hours, aspirants must have the following documents ready, both in original and with multiple sets of photocopies:

  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Rank Scorecard.
  • MCC Provisional Allotment Letter.
  • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates.
  • Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.).
  • Caste, PwD, or EWS Certificates (if applicable, in the correct format).
  • Six to eight passport-sized photographs.
