NEET PG 2026 Registration Closes; Application Correction Window Opens July 25

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has formally ended the NEET PG 2026 application procedure. Online sign-ups stopped at 11:55 PM on July 21, 2026, and new submissions are no longer possible on the NBEMS website. Now that enrollment is finished, those who completed their submissions should get ready for the next step in admissions: the correction phase for applications, scheduled from July 25 to July 28, 2026. In that timeframe, enrolled candidates may update selected entries in their forms.

NEET PG 2026 Registration Now Shut

On July 1, 2026, NBEMS launched the online form platform, allowing qualified MBBS graduates a three-week period to sign up for the postgraduate medical entrance test. The procedure covered web-based sign-up, entering personal and educational information, uploading necessary files, and paying the set exam charge. The application upload option has since been turned off by the authority, and there has been no statement about prolonging the sign-up cutoff.

What Comes After This?

Applicants who already filed their NEET PG 2026 form should now follow the forthcoming timeline issued by NBEMS.

Candidates Must Keep an Eye on Official Notices

NBEMS has instructed candidates to routinely visit the official site for every exam-related notice, including details on the correction period, city intimation slip, admit card availability, and exam instructions. The board will not send individual SMS alerts about the start of the correction facility, so candidates need to remain informed via the official portal.
