There will be Aadhaar-based identity check during application and on exam day. Iris-based biometric check will be used as an alternative to fingerprint scanning. Question papers will be sent with multi-layer encryption. CCTV cameras and signal jammers will be in place at every center. Computers will be randomly assigned to avoid seat sharing or leaks. There will be central and regional monitoring centers for real-time oversight. Over 60,000 trained exam officials will be deployed. A specific email channel is also available for reporting any unfair practices.

The Medical Counselling Committee has made the counselling process smoother for 2026. Candidates can now resign from a seat online.
