The postgraduate medical admission cycle is entering its decisive phase. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is set to declare the NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result anytime today, December 16, 2025, on its official website, mcc.nic.in.

This result will determine the fate of thousands of aspirants for MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses under the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) and seats in Central Universities/Institutions. Following the result, the crucial phase of physical reporting and admission begins tomorrow, December 17, 2025.

Round 2 Key Dates: Allotment and Reporting

Candidates who are allotted a seat must download the Allotment Letter and prepare immediately for the reporting process, which has a strict deadline.

Action for Allotted Candidates

  • Download Letter: Immediately download and print the Round 2 Provisional Allotment Letter after the result is announced.
  • Prepare Documents: Organize the document checklist meticulously.
  • Fee Payment: Be ready with the required tuition and admission fees (often paid via Demand Draft or online as specified by the college).
  • Upgradation Candidates: Those who joined in Round 1 and were upgraded in Round 2 must get a Relieving Letter from the Round 1 college and report to the Round 2 allotted college. Failure to report to the new seat results in forfeiture of both Round 1 and Round 2 seats.
