NEET Counselling 2024: Round 2 NRI Conversion Window
NEET 2024 counselling Round 2 will begin on September 5, and candidates have until September 3 at 10 AM to change their nationality from Indian to NRI by submitting the required documents via email. The updated NRI status will be applicable for Round 2 and subsequent rounds of NEET 2024 counselling
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that the window for converting nationality from Indian to NRI for NEET 2024 counselling Round 2 will be open until September 3, 2024 at 10 AM. Candidates wishing to change their status must submit the required documents via email to ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com before the deadline.

- Round 2 Choice Filling/Locking Dates: September 6-10, 2024
- Round 2 Seat Allotment Result: September 14, 2024
- Round 2 Reporting: September 15-20, 2024
How to Apply for NRI Conversion
Candidates must email the following documents to ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com before September 3, 2024 at 10 AM to change their nationality from Indian to NRI for NEET 2024 counselling Round 2:
- Passport copy of the NRI sponsor
- Relationship certificate between the candidate and the NRI sponsor
- NRI bank account statement/NRE account statement of the sponsor for the last 6 months
- Notarized Affidavit of the NRI sponsor
The MCC will review the submitted documents and update the candidate's status from Indian to NRI if the documents are found to be in order. The updated status will be applicable for NEET 2024 counselling Round 2 and subsequent rounds. Candidates are advised to complete the NRI conversion process well before the Round 2 registration begins on September 5, 2024 to avoid any last-minute issues.
