The National Testing Agency is going to release the response sheet of all the candidates who sat for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The response sheets are going to be released soon. These response sheets have the marked answers of the candidates.
The National Testing Agency has been quite supportive in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test based examination this year. This might be due to allegations of the last year. In 2025, there were proofs that came out regarding the paper leaks that happened in the states of Bihar, Gujarat and others.
Since the Government of India who governs the testing agency don’t want any allegations on their education system, they have been responsive and completely loyal to the people of India. Before this a video came out stating proofs of online paper leak of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test this year. When this happened this year, the National Testing Agency gave a response on their official social media channel. The testing body said that “.....they can confirm that there was no paper leak this year. They know who holds the registration number and if someone has tried to leak the paper, they’ll not allow any kind of registration from that roll number ....”
The response sheets are an official documentation of the candidate's answer. This response sheet will be checked with a confirmed answer key provided by the National Testing Agency. After the response sheets are checked with the final answer key, the candidates can make a count of their total marks out of 720.
In pen-and-paper mode exams, students make mistakes in marking the correct answer. The students, sometimes, feel as if they have not been awarded the correct marks. When the response sheets are made official, students can see whether they have made a mistake in marking an answer.
