Fresh registration is available for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who could not participate in Round 1 counselling. Candidates who have already registered earlier do not need to create a new account and can participate using their existing login details. DME Madhya Pradesh has also opened an edit facility from September 5 to September 6, 2026, allowing eligible applicants to modify required details. The revised merit list and vacancy information will be published on September 7, 2026.
