MICA Ahmedabad has finally released the placement record of the 2024-26 batch with a high placement result. A total of 183 college students were identified with eighty-one recruiters. The maximum CTC presented to the students is ₹45.67 LPA, even as the common CTC of the placements stands at ₹20.46 LPA. Students from the 2024-26 cohort received gifts from recruiters in many areas, including advertising & branding, product management, business development, analytics, consulting, technology, and process, among others.

Salary Band for Top Performers
The top 25 applicants bagged an average CTC of ₹ 34.00 LPA, suggesting that top performers would have been handsomely paid. On the opposite side, the top 50 students got an average CTC of ₹29.26 LPA, while the top hundred university students got an average CTC of ₹24.48 LPA, suggesting a huge income gap for the top students. The BFSI & Fintech company emerged as the very best profitable sector, with the highest CTC changing to ₹45.67 LPA.
The BFSI & Fintech sector expanded 33 business offerings with an average CTC of ₹ 20.06 LPA, highlighting the growing demand for banking and fintech specialists. Media and Entertainment acquired 26 placements and had the second highest joint CTC of ₹22.80 LPA. The maximum CTC in this stream changed to ₹38.60 LPA, indicating that the stream offers high compensation for jobs related to strategic content/programming. The consulting and technology stream witnessed 24 postings with maximum CTC which was ₹ 29.04 LPA and regular CTC became ₹ 23.74 LPA.
Consulting and tech became favored by candidates who wanted to pursue careers in strategy and timing fields. The consumer tech stream had 15 jobs with a maximum CTC of ₹ 26. Sixty-seven LPA and an average CTC of ₹ 23.16 LPA. This round is indicative of the increasing demand for product monitoring and user delight experts in customer-time companies.
