MHT CET CAP 2026 Portal Fixes JEE Main Score Fetch Issue; BE/BTech Correction Window Now Open

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra, has fixed the problem with fetching JEE Main 2026 scores on the MHT CET Centralized Admission Process (CAP) portal. Now, candidates can update their applications on the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. The application correction window is open for BE and BTech admissions. Earlier, there was a glitch that stopped some candidates from getting their JEE Main 2026 scorecard from DigiLocker into the CAP portal. The CET Cell has now fixed the automatic fetch feature. Candidates who were affected need to re-fetch their scores and finalize their forms before the deadline.

What the CET Cell Has Announced

The CET Cell has confirmed that the technical error preventing the retrieval of JEE Main scores has been resolved.
Candidates applying under the All India Candidature category with JEE Main 2026 scores must use DigiLocker to submit their scores. This step is required as per guidelines from the National Testing Agency (NTA). The correction window allows candidates to edit important fields in their submitted forms. This includes uploading any missing documents, updating category information, and completing the JEE Main score fetch step.

How to Fetch JEE Main 2026 Score on the CAP Portal?

Candidates must complete the score fetch in two steps. The scorecard needs to first be stored in their personal DigiLocker account. Then, the CAP portal will pull it from there.

MHT CET CAP 2026 Key Dates

Follow these steps to complete the process:

1. Log in to your DigiLocker account and issue the JEE Main 2026 scorecard from the NTA section.
2. Visit cetcell.mahacet.org and open the CAP candidate login.
3. Go to the JEE Main score section inside your application form.
4. Click the DigiLocker fetch option and grant access when prompted.
5. Verify the auto-filled marks, percentile, and application number.
6. Save the form and proceed to the payment or confirmation step.

Who Should Use the Correction Window?

The correction window is for candidates whose forms were not submitted due to the earlier fetch error.
It can also help those who need to correct any wrong information in their submitted applications. Candidates seeking admission through BE and BTech streams should carefully review their forms. Candidates applying through the All India Candidature route with JEE Main scores should revisit the score section. Maharashtra state-quota candidates using MHT CET 2026 scores should check their percentile and category fields.

Expanded Eligibility for BBA, BCA, BMS, and BBM Courses

The CET Cell has also broadened eligibility for management courses. Candidates with valid MHT CET 2026 scores in either PCM or PCB groups can now apply. Previously, only certain score groups were accepted for these courses.
