Today, July 31, 2025, marks a critical deadline for all candidates who have applied for the 3-Year LLB program through MH CET Law 2025 counselling. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has set this as the final day to raise any grievances or seek corrections regarding the provisional alphabetical list for Round 1 of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

The alphabetical list, which was released on July 28, 2025, is a crucial preliminary step in the admission process. It allows candidates to review their details such as name, category, marks, candidature type, and other submitted information before the final merit list is compiled. Any inaccuracies detected in this provisional list could potentially impact a candidate's ranking and eventual seat allocation.

Why Raising Grievances is Crucial:

This grievance window is the last opportunity for candidates to rectify any errors that may have occurred during the online application or document verification process. Failing to report discrepancies by today's deadline could lead to persistent issues in the subsequent stages of counselling, including incorrect merit rank assignment or even disqualification if crucial details are found to be erroneous.

How to Submit Grievances:

Candidates must visit the official MH CET Law 3-Year LLB CAP counselling portal (llb3cap25.mahacet.org) and log in to their candidate profiles. Within the portal, a specific link or section will be available for submitting grievances. It is essential to:

  1. Clearly state the nature of the discrepancy.
  2. Upload supporting documents as proof of the correct information (e.g., corrected mark sheets, updated category certificates, etc.).
  3. Submit the grievance within the stipulated time frame, which ends today.

What Happens Next?

Once the grievance window closes at the end of July 31, 2025, the Maharashtra CET Cell will thoroughly review all submitted grievances. Based on valid corrections and verifications, the Final Merit List for Round 1 of MH CET Law 2025 for the 3-Year LLB program is scheduled to be published on August 2, 2025, after 4:00 PM. This final merit list will be the definitive basis for the upcoming seat allocation rounds.

Aspirants are strongly advised to complete their grievance submissions today without fail and to regularly check the official website of the Maharashtra CET Cell for all subsequent updates regarding the final merit list and the commencement of choice filling for CAP Rounds.
