How the final list differs from the Round 3 alphabetical list
The State CET Cell released the MH CET 5-Year LLB Round 3 alphabetical merit list on September 8, 2026, and opened a grievance window for candidates to flag discrepancies. The final merit list published today reflects any corrections accepted during that window. It is conclusive — candidates cannot raise further objections against today's list, and it is the list that carries forward into choice filling and allotment.
What happens next: choice filling, allotment, reporting
Three separate steps follow the final merit list, and they should not be confused with one another:
- Choice filling — Candidates named in the final list will fill in their college and course preferences. NBEMS-equivalent dates for this step have not been announced by the State CET Cell as of September 16, 2026.
- Seat allotment result — The Round 3 seat allotment result is scheduled to be declared on September 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM. This is the outcome of choice filling, not the same event.
- Reporting — Candidates who are allotted a seat must report to their allotted college within the window set by the CET Cell to complete admission formalities.
[VERIFY] — The exact reporting window (commonly September 19–23 in similar recent cycles) has not been independently confirmed against an official State CET Cell notice for this specific round; check the portal before publishing a firm date.

What if your name isn't on the final merit list
Candidates who do not find their name on the Round 3 final merit list are not eligible to participate in Round 3 choice filling for that list. [VERIFY] — the State CET Cell's specific recourse (re-registration, next round eligibility, or grievance escalation) for such candidates has not been confirmed from an official notice and should be checked before publishing guidance on this point.
