The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the allotment results for the Final (Mop-up) Round of the Online Centralised Merit-Based Counselling for the FNB (Fellow National Board) 2024 Admission Session. This is the last chance for candidates seeking admission to the FNB super-specialty courses for this session.

The result was announced on September 30, 2025, as per the official schedule. All candidates who participated in this final round must immediately check their allotment status on the official NBEMS counselling website.

Key Action Points for Allotted Candidates:

  • Joining Deadline: Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete the physical joining process at their respective institutes latest by October 7, 2025 (till 05:00 PM). Failing to report by this strict deadline will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat and the course fee paid.
  • Provisional Allotment: The seat allotment is purely provisional and is strictly subject to the fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and the successful production and verification of all original documents at the time of joining the allotted institute.
  • Documents & Details: Aspirants are advised to carefully review the "Handbook of Centralized Merit Based Online Counseling for Admission to FNB Seats 2024 Admission Session" for a complete list of required documents and other joining formalities.

The FNB course is a highly sought-after super-specialty training program for medical professionals. This final round was crucial for filling the remaining vacant seats across various specialities. An updated indicative seat matrix released earlier showed a total of 352 seats were available across different FNB specialities for this Mop-up Round.
