MAT Result 2026 (September Session) Date Not Announced: Scorecard Expected Around 1 October

AIMA has not announced the MAT September 2026 result date, and it does not announce dates in advance. Reports expect the scorecard to appear at mat.aima.in around the end of September or the first week of October 2026. Candidates who took the exam on 13 September (PBT) or 20 September (CBT) can download the scorecard from their dashboard once it is uploaded.

MAT September 2026: Key Details

AIMA usually releases the scorecard about 10 to 15 days after the exam, so this is an expectation based on past cycles, not a confirmed date. Candidates should watch their registered email and mobile for AIMA's notification.

How to Download the MAT 2026 Scorecard

1. Go to mat.aima.in.
2. Click the login option and enter your login details [VERIFY exact credentials].
3. Open the scorecard option on the dashboard.
4. Select the exam month and mode (PBT or CBT).
5. View the scorecard and download it as a PDF.

What the Scorecard Shows

• Candidate's name, roll number and date of birth
• Exam date and year
• Sectional scores
• Overall score, composite score and overall percentile

Candidates who have taken MAT more than once can use their best score for admission. MAT scores stay valid for one year [VERIFY].

What Happens After the Result

AIMA sends scores to the colleges candidates selected in their application form. Those colleges then shortlist candidates for the next rounds, usually the written ability test (WAT) and personal interview (PI), and each college sets its own cutoff. Candidates who want to apply to colleges beyond the ones chosen in the form must apply to those colleges separately.
