- Find the Notification section on the login page.
- Select “PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST ONLY FOR MBBS/BDS COURSES-CAP ROUND 3.”
- Open the PDF and search for your name, roll number or application details.
- Note the allotted course and college.
- Check the college’s reporting instructions before visiting.
Candidates should use the official portal notification list if the direct selection-list PDF does not open on their device.
What Allotted Candidates Must Do
The official schedule requires selected candidates to report physically to their allotted college with:
- All required original documents
- The applicable admission fee
- A demand draft or permitted cheque for the fee
- The status-retention form, where applicable
- Any additional forms requested by the allotted college
Candidates should confirm the exact document checklist, fee amount, demand-draft payee name, and reporting hours directly from the official notice and allotted institution. These details can vary according to the college and candidate category.
Important Fee Instruction
The CET Cell permits payment by cheque when the reporting day is a bank holiday. However, the cheque must be replaced with a demand draft on the next working day.
The notice warns that failure to submit the demand draft on the next working day may lead to cancellation of admission.
Candidates should not prepare a demand draft using details received through an unofficial message. Confirm the payee name, amount, and accepted payment instructions with the allotted college before making payment.
Round 3 Allotment and Later Rounds
Notice 18 states that a candidate allotted a seat in CAP Round 3 will not be considered for subsequent rounds, regardless of whether the candidate joins the allotted seat.
Allotted candidates should therefore read the applicable joining, cancellation, retention, and seat-lapse rules carefully before making a decision.
The published schedule also states that candidates with joined status in AIQ Round 3 will not be considered for Maharashtra CAP Round 3 or subsequent state counselling rounds.
