MSBSHSE has officially announced that the HSC Result 2026 will be released on May 2, 2026, at 1 PM. The chairman of MSBSHSE, Trigun Kulkarni, mentioned that the information was shared on May 1, 2026. Students can view the results online starting from 1 PM on the day of the announcement through the official websites mahahsscboard.in and mahresult.nic.in.

The Maharashtra HSC exams for 2026 were conducted between February 10 and March 11, 2026, across nine divisions in the state: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nagpur, Amravati, Kolhapur, and Konkan. A total of 1,532,487 candidates registered for the exams. In addition to checking the results on the official websites, students can also access them through DigiLocker for convenience.

  •  Log in using your registered mobile number or Aadhar

  •  Select "Maharashtra HSC Result 2026"
  •  Your digitally signed marksheet will be displayed on the screen

Steps for Checking Maharashtra HSC Results 2026 via SMS

To check your results through SMS, follow these steps:

  • First, open the messaging app on your mobile phone.
  • Next, type the message exactly as instructed by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education. 
  • Then, send this message to the official result number provided by the board. 
  • Shortly after, your result details will be sent back to your phone.

This method is especially useful when the result website is overloaded or slow on the day the results are announced.

  • Students should carefully check their results after they are declared. Specifically, they should verify all the information listed on their scorecard. which is issued by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education

  • They should also carefully check the marks obtained in each subject and confirm that the total score has been calculated correctly.
  • It is advisable for students to download the result PDF immediately and keep a printed copy for future reference.
