  3. Log in using your registered credentials.
  4. Fill in your personal, academic, and entrance exam details.
  5. Upload all the required documents.
  6. Submit the application and save the confirmation receipt.

Candidates should carefully verify all information before submitting the application, as incorrect details may delay document verification.

Documents Required

Keep the following documents ready before starting the registration process:

  • MAH CET/MHT CET scorecard
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
  • Graduation mark sheets (for MBA candidates)
  • Domicile Certificate
  • School Leaving Certificate

  • Caste Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-size photograph and signature

Uploading clear and valid documents will ensure a smoother verification process.

What Happens After Registration?

Once the registration and verification process is completed, the CET Cell will publish the provisional merit list on July 15.

Candidates who notice any discrepancy in their details can submit grievances between July 16 and July 18. After resolving all objections, the final merit list will be released on July 20, 2026.

Based on this merit list, candidates will participate in the CAP rounds, where they can fill in their preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment will be conducted in multiple rounds, followed by seat acceptance and reporting to the allotted institute.

Why This Counselling Is Important

The CAP process is the gateway to admission into some of Maharashtra's leading engineering and management institutes. Since admissions are entirely merit-based, completing every step within the prescribed timeline is essential.

Students should not wait until the last day to register. Early registration allows enough time to correct document-related issues and ensures a hassle-free counselling experience.
