The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the final answer key for the MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026 second attempt. The notice regarding objection resolution came out on 27th May 2026 after reviewing the objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key. The second attempt of the MAH MBA/MMS CET was held on 9th May 2026 in two sessions. Candidates can now access the final answer key and their response sheets by logging into the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, using their login details.

It was shared that a total of 29 objections were raised by candidates concerning the provisional answer key. The CET cell has carefully examined all these objections following the official guidelines. After evaluation, 6 objections were found to be valid, resulting in some changes to the answer key. As part of the redressal process, the answer key was updated for 2 questions, and a bonus mark was given to all candidates for 3 questions. All other objections were rejected as they did not meet the criteria for any changes.

How to Download the MAH MBA CET 2026 Second Attempt Final Answer Key?

  • To get the answer key, candidates need to go to the cetcell.mahacet.org website and log in using their application number and date of birth.
  • The final answer key is given in PDF format for each test session. Once logged in, candidates should download and save the final answer key. This will help them calculate their scores and keep it for future use.
  • To find the raw score, candidates can compare their answers with the final answer key and count how many they got right.

Each question in the MAH MBA CET is worth 1 mark, and there is no penalty for wrong answers. Therefore, the total number of correct answers is the same as the raw score calculated from the response sheet uploaded in the candidate portal. According to the objection redressal report, the most challenges were raised against the answer key for the logical reasoning and abstract reasoning sessions. There were also some challenges for quantitative aptitude and verbal ability, but fewer of these were accepted. This suggests that questions based on reasoning might have caused some confusion.

The final list of merited candidates will be made according to the updated answer key and any bonus marks given after considering the objections. The result for the second attempt of the MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026 is expected to be released on the official website by May 31, 2026. After the results are announced, candidates can log in using their credentials to download their score cards. Once the results are available, the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) counselling will begin in several rounds. Candidates need to register on the CAP portal and select their preferred colleges and specialisations. The merit list will be created based on the normalised scores from both attempts.

What Happens Next?

Candidates should compare their answer sheets with the final answer key to estimate their scores. It’s also crucial to keep their login details safe, as they will need them to view results and access the CAP portal. As soon as the results are out, candidates should download and save a copy of their score card. They should also start preparing for the counselling and college admission process. With the new answer key, accepted appeals, and bonus marks, the evaluation process has been made fair for everyone. Students are advised to regularly check the CET Cell website, www.cetcell.mahacet.org, for updates on results and counselling information.
