MAH BCA CET CAP 2026 Registration Begins; Apply Online by July 16

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has started Centralised Admission Process (CAP) enrolment for MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 through its official site, cetcell.mahacet.org.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has started the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) enrollment for the MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 through its official site, cetcell.mahacet.org. This registration period is meant for entry into BBA, BMS, BBM, and the four-year Integrated MBA courses for the 2026–27 academic session. This CAP round covers government, aided, university-run, and private colleges throughout Maharashtra. All applicants have to complete online registration no later than 5 pm on July 16, 2026. Any form that is not verified will be disqualified for admission routes under CAP as well as outside CAP.

A set timeline for the CAP round has been released by the CET Cell. Applicants are advised to follow each phase closely so they do not miss document checking or the grievance window.

Who Can Apply?

Rules for eligibility change depending on the applicant group and the chosen course. For seats in BBA, BMS, and BBM, Maharashtra State applicants must have passed Class 12. In addition, they must have obtained a score above zero in MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 or in MHT-CET 2026 (PCM or PCB). Applicants from outside the state can submit using a non-zero CUET-UG 2026 result or the applicable Maharashtra CET score. Priority is offered to those who possess valid CUET results. For the four-year Integrated MBA course, Class 12 is required with a minimum overall score of 45%. For reserved groups, EWS, and PwD applicants, the minimum is 40% overall, along with an acceptable CET score.

Charges vary based on the entrance test the applicant appeared in. Those who sat for MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 are exempt from paying any CAP registration charge. 

How Can You Register for MAH BBA CET CAP 2026?

The CET Cell has made the entire procedure online via the official portal. Applicants must finish every stage within the given dates to remain in line for seat allocation.

1. Go to the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
2. Select the CAP enrolment option for BBA, BMS, BBM, and Integrated MBA.
3. Enter personal information, academic data, and category particulars according to Class 12 documents.
4. Submit the necessary files in the specified format.
5. Opt for E-Scrutiny (online) or choose Physical Scrutiny at a verification venue.
6. If a fee applies, make the payment and then submit the application.

How Is Document Verification Done?

Two methods of verification are available from the CET Cell this year. Applicants may select E-Scrutiny, where documents are uploaded and reviewed online, or choose Physical Scrutiny at assigned centres. The selected option has to be finished by July 17, 2026. Only applicants whose documents are verified will be included in the provisional merit list due on July 19. Those not verified will be left out of CAP and also excluded from non-CAP admissions.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Access cetcell.mahacet.org and use the CAP application link.
2. Check that you meet the criteria using your CET or CUET result.
3. Have your Class 12 marksheet, category proof, and CET scorecard prepared.
4. Select E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny to complete document checking.
5. Where required, pay the fee and file the CAP application by 5 pm on July 16, 2026.
6. Finish verification by July 17 so your name is considered for the merit list.
