Two separate lists have been released for candidates from within Maharashtra and those from outside the state.Students who have been allotted a seat must accept it online and also report to the assigned institution by August 3, 2026.If they don't do this, they will lose the seat. The allotment is for admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) courses. Participating institutions include Sir J J School of Art and other government-approved fine arts colleges in Maharashtra.

- Enter your application number and password to log in.
- Look at the allotted institute and course on the dashboard.
- Download the allotment letter for future use.
Candidates can also open the category-wise selection PDFs directly from the portal.
Separate lists have been released for Maharashtra State (MS) and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates.
How to Accept the Seat and Report to the Institute?
Allotted candidates must accept the seat online. Not doing so will automatically cancel the allotment.

- Click on the freeze or accept option for the allotted seat.
- Confirm your acceptance and download the seat acceptance letter.
- Bring the letter and original documents to the assigned institute.
