Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Round 2 Counselling Dates Announced

The Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Round 2 Counselling dates for 2024 have been released, with online choice filling scheduled from September 12 to 17 and the allotment result declaration on September 20.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the schedule for the second round of NEET UG counselling for the academic year 2024. 

Candidates who were unable to secure a seat in the first round or did not participate earlier can now apply for the second round of counselling on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.

Key Dates for MP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2024

  • Edit Registration Facility: September 10 - September 11, 2024 (up to 11:59 PM)
  • Publication of Remaining Vacancies: September 12, 2024
  • Publication of Revised Merit List: September 12, 2024
  • Online Choice Filling and Locking: September 12 - September 17, 2024 (up to 11:59 PM)
  • Seat Allotment Result Declaration: September 20, 2024
  • Reporting at Allotted College: September 22 - September 26, 2024 (up to 6:00 PM)

The second round of counselling will allocate seats for MBBS and BDS courses in various medical and dental colleges across Madhya Pradesh. 

Candidates must ensure they complete the choice filling and locking process within the stipulated time frame to be considered for seat allotment.Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the second round will have to report to their respective colleges for document verification and admission from September 22 to September 26, 2024, by 6:00 PM. 

During this period, candidates who have been admitted in the second round and those from the first round who opted for upgradation can submit their willingness for the Mop-Up round.

The Directorate of Medical Education has also announced that candidates can cancel their admission online at the college level from September 22 to September 26, 2024, by 7:00 PM.This announcement is a significant development for NEET aspirants in Madhya Pradesh, as it provides them with another opportunity to secure a seat in their desired medical or dental college.
