The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has provided a significant relief to medical aspirants admitted under the Management Quota (Categories B, C, and NRI) for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2025-26. Through an official notice, the university announced an extension of the deadline for reporting to the allotted medical and dental colleges.

The previous last date for reporting, which was set for 3:00 PM on October 10, 2025, has now been extended. Candidates allotted seats in the second phase of counselling for the management quota now have until 2:00 PM on October 13, 2025, to complete their admission formalities. This extension provides candidates with additional time to arrange finances, gather necessary documentation, and formally join their respective institutions.

Critical Reporting Instructions

The extension comes with a strict reiteration of the final admission requirements. Candidates must report to the Principal of their allotted Medical or Dental College before the new deadline and ensure all steps are completed:

  1. Submission of Original Certificates: All required original documents must be submitted to the college authority for verification.
  2. Submission of Bonds: Relevant statutory bonds must be duly executed and submitted.
  3. Tuition Fee Payment: The full requisite tuition fee and college fee must be paid to confirm the seat.

KNRUHS has issued a stern warning that failure to report and complete the admission process by 2:00 PM on October 13, 2025, will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat. Furthermore, to prevent seat blocking, candidates whose admissions are cancelled due to non-reporting will not be considered eligible for any subsequent phases of counselling.

Importance of Final Verification

Candidates are also reminded that the final verification of their original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college itself. Any discrepancy found during this process could lead to the cancellation of the provisional allotment, and action may be initiated in line with University regulations.

This extension offers a crucial window for all management quota medical aspirants to secure their admission and officially commence their professional journey in MBBS or BDS. Aspirants are advised to act quickly and use this additional time responsibly to finalize all requirements.
