The results for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT)'s KIITEE 2026 Phase 1 were made public on April 23, 2026. Students who took part in the entrance exam, which was held from April 16 to April 20, 2026, can now check their scorecards by visiting the official KIITEE results website. To view their results, students need to log in using their application number and date of birth on the official KIITEE result website. The KIITEE 2026 Phase 1 result includes details like the marks obtained in each section, total score, and whether the candidate has cleared the exam.

Merit lists are published separately for various courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Tech (Lateral Entry), B.Sc. Nursing, BBA, BCA, and others. Candidates who score above the cut-off mark are eligible to participate in the counseling process. Only those who are on the merit list can get admission into any of the 30 colleges or more than 200 academic programs at KIIT.

How to Download KIITEE 2026 Phase 1 Scorecard

  • Visit the official website of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), where the KIITEE results are published.
  • Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth to log in.
  • After logging in, your scorecard will appear on the screen.
  • Review your subject-wise marks (such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or other relevant subjects based on your course).
  • Carefully check all details, including your name, application number, marks, and qualifying status.
  • Click on the ‘Download’ button to save the scorecard in PDF format.
  • Take a printout of the scorecard for future use, especially during the counseling process.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) prepares merit lists based on the total marks secured by candidates in the entrance examination. If two or more candidates obtain the same marks, an inter-se merit list is created using specific tie-breaking criteria.

  • B.Tech Admissions: Preference is given first to marks obtained in mathematics, followed by physics, and then the candidate’s age.
  • B.Arch Admissions: Ranking is determined based on the NATA score.
  • Nursing Admissions: Priority is given to marks in biology, followed by chemistry.

This method ensures a fair and transparent selection process across all courses.

Students who participated in the first phase of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) test are eligible to take the second-phase test, which will be conducted from June 4 to June 8, 2026. They can use their existing Phase 1 application ID to apply for Phase 2 without needing to fill out a new form. The third-phase test is scheduled from July 5 to July 7, 2026. These phases offer students another chance to secure admission. It is advised that students evaluate their performance in Phase 1 and prepare adequately for both Phase 2 and Phase 3.

KIITEE 2026 Counselling Round 1 and Seat Allocation

After the results are announced, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) will start the counseling process in the last week of April 2026. Candidates who qualify will have to take part in the online course selection. The university will allocate seats to applicants based on their merit rank, the number of seats available, and their preferences. During counseling, candidates need to check their documents, so they should bring all necessary papers like the admit card, scorecard, and academic records to the university.
