Who Can Apply?
Applicants need to have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution. They must have finished their compulsory rotating internship by the deadline set by the CEE. It is also necessary to be registered with the Dental Council of India or a state dental council. Passing the NEET MDS 2026, which is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), is a must. Candidates from the general category need to score at least the 50th percentile. Those from SC, ST, and OBC categories must meet the 40th percentile.
