What’s the Difference Between Trial and Provisional Allotment?

The trial round is just a preview based on your current choices. It helps to test your options before the real allotment. The provisional list is the actual result of the first phase of CAP. It becomes binding once the seat acceptance fee is paid. The final Phase 1 allotment will be announced on July 8, 2026. Those who accept a seat but want to upgrade can move to Phase 2. Those who reject a seat can also try Phase 2 counseling later.

What Documents to Keep Ready for Seat Acceptance

Candidates must have essential documents ready when they accept a seat. These documents will be needed during the final admission process at the college. Marks statements, community and income certificates, and the KEAM 2026 rank card should be printed and kept ready.
