The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the much-anticipated schedule for students to report to their allotted medical and dental colleges following the second round of NEET UG 2025 counselling. This step is a critical and final part of the admission process for students who have been assigned a seat in the recently concluded Round 2 seat allotment. All candidates are advised to take note of the dates and prepare their documents to ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission.

According to the official notification, candidates who have been allotted a seat in this round must report to their respective colleges for admission and document verification from September 13 to September 19, 2025. This reporting period is a key window where students must physically present themselves with all the required documents and complete the admission formalities, including fee payment.

For successful reporting, candidates must have the following documents ready:

  • NEET UG 2025 Allotment Letter: A printout of the seat allotment letter downloaded from the KEA portal.
  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard: The original admit card and scorecard from the National Testing Agency (NTA).
  • Academic Certificates: Original mark sheets and passing certificates for Class 10 and Class 12.
  • Identity and Domicile Proof: A valid photo ID (like Aadhaar card) and domicile certificate as per the state's eligibility criteria.
  • Category Certificates: Valid caste, income, or other reservation certificates if a reservation was claimed during registration.
  • Passport-Sized Photographs: Several recent photographs, preferably the same as those used in the NEET application form.
  • Fee Payment Receipt: The receipt of the college fee payment, which must be paid before reporting.

It is imperative for all candidates to carry both original documents and a set of self-attested photocopies for verification. Failure to produce the required documents in their original form may lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat. With a significant number of additional seats added this year, including the new NRI quota in government colleges, this round is a big opportunity for many deserving students.
