Important Information

• The merit list is prepared solely based on the marks obtained in the PGCET 2025 exam. Scores from qualifying degree exams are not considered for ranking.
• In the case of a tie in scores, the candidate with higher aggregate marks in their qualifying examination will be ranked higher. If there is still a tie, the older candidate will be given preference.
• The results are crucial for the upcoming counseling process, which will be conducted by KEA. The schedule for counseling, including document verification and seat allotment, will be announced on the official website soon. Candidates are advised to keep all their original documents ready.

The online counseling will involve mock and final seat allotment rounds. The mock allotment is an important opportunity for candidates to get an idea of the colleges and courses they are likely to be allotted based on their current rank and preferences. This allows them to modify their choices before the final seat allotment is announced.

Candidates are strongly advised to keep all their original academic and other required documents ready for the verification process. The PGCET 2025 result is a gateway to admission into a wide range of top-tier professional colleges in Karnataka, and a strong rank can lead to a coveted seat in a prestigious institution. Students should regularly check the official KEA website for the latest updates regarding the counseling schedule to ensure they do not miss any deadlines.
