Candidates who were allotted seats in Round 5 can now complete physical reporting at their assigned institutes until August 17, 2026, by 6:00 PM. Candidates should carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  1. JEECUP 2026 admit card and rank card.
  2. Round 5 seat allotment letter.
  3. Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
  4. Uttar Pradesh domicile certificate.
  5. Category certificate, if applicable.
  6. Passport-size photographs matching the counselling application.
